SAT Prep Series

This intensive series will focus on developing test-taking competencies for grammar, math, reading, and essay writing.
  • Grammar sessions include error identification, sentence correction, and paragraph reorganization skills.
  • Math sessions cover applied concepts, problem-solving, and time-management strategies.
  • Reading sessions incorporate vocabulary, comprehension, and science literacy skills. 
  • Essay writing sessions combine content from grammar and reading with practice assignments to strengthen writing skills for school and beyond.​

*Students will receive:
--worksheets to build their own reference workbook
--practice exercises to be completed between sessions
 
*By the end of the series, students will:
--know testing goals for each subject
--review specific content for each subject
--review multiple test-taking strategies
--apply strategies to actual test questions
--develop time management during exam
--identify and manage test anxiety
--build proficiency to improve test performance
